Return Policy

Refunds may be requested up to 90 days after purchase.

For digital-only packages (Silver), please contact support@brokenbrain.com requesting a membership cancellation and refund.

For physical packages (Gold and Platinum), the contents must be returned prior to issuing a refund. Once your return has been received and processed, we will gladly issue your refund.

Please include your name and email address for our reference. *This piece is very important so that we know who to process the credit to.

Once we receive your return, please allow us 10 to 15 business days to process the return. Your credit will appear on your original method of payment and your bank will take, on average, 24 to 72 hours to show the funds back in your account.
