FAQs

Can I download/stream from any device?

Yes! As long as you can access the internet and log into your On Demand Access, you can download or stream yo ur content. You have unlimited, lifelong access!

(Once downloaded, you won't need the internet to listen or watch!)

I ordered the Platinum/Gold package. When will my order ship?

Thank you for your support! We are making the orders from scratch, so it will likely take at least 4 to 6 weeks before your order will ship. Thank you for your patience! Shipping is usually around 7 to 10 business days - please allow additional time for international orders. 

I ordered the Silver package. Do I get shipped any items?

No. The Silver package is digital-only. All of the items in this purchase are found in your On Demand Access membership site. You will not be mailed any item(s)
